Celebrate the First Day of School with BRUM Scooters and Teach For Bulgaria
50% of the price for a Brum scooter ride on September 12 and 13 will be donated to Teach For Bulgaria
After a full term of distance learning Teach For Bulgaria and Brum scooters are challenging everyone in Sofia to end their summer vacation and to start the new school year with alternative means of transportation for a good cause.
On September 12 and 13, just a couple of days before the start of the school year, 50% of Brum’s profit will be donated to Teach For Bulgaria. The organization has been working towards providing every child with equal access to education since 2010 by developing new teachers, supporting schools, and building partnerships in order to introduce best practices to the education system.
The unusual fundraising campaign will be organized for the second year in a row after its successful launch on November 1, 2019, and it is already becoming a tradition.
“Our main goal is to make Sofia a better place to live by providing our clients with a quick, easy, and environmentally-friendly means of transportation. We believe that by supporting different causes and businesses we will be able to change our capital city and country for the better,” our partners from Brum share why they decided to support Teach For Bulgaria again.
HOW CAN YOU PARTICIPATE
Brum electric scooters use Bird. Anyone who wants to take a charity scooter ride needs to download the Bird app in order to rent a scooter and pay for the ride. The app also allows you to locate the Brum scooters.
Once you download the app look for the closest scooter on September 12-13 and support Teach For Bulgaria by taking a ride.
