Mila Ivanova
Mila Ivanova serves as a Senior Specialist in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning at the Together in Class Foundation. In this role, she works on developing data collection and analysis systems that support a deeper understanding of how the organization’s programs influence teaching practices and student learning outcomes.
Mila has been part of the Together in Class community since 2013, when she joined the third cohort of the “New Path in Teaching” program. During the program, she taught English, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing at the Vocational High School of Tourism in Samokov. After completing the program, she continued her work with the organization in various roles related to program development, impact evaluation, and educational content creation. She also has experience as a trainer and as a member of the participant selection team for the program.
Mila earned a BA in Art History and Business from the University of Glasgow in 2012. In 2026, she completed a Master’s degree in Cognitive Science in Education at Teachers College, Columbia University.
Her professional interests focus on the science of learning, the development of effective teaching practices, and translating research into better solutions for education.
