Aleksandrina is the Development and Fundraising Associate in Teach for Bulgaria. Her work for the foundation started in mid-2016, and she has been occupying her current position since 2017. She believes deeply in our mission, vision and core values. Her belief is that every child deserves equal chance to have a better education no matter where they come from and what is their social environment. According to her young people need support from knowledgeable and capable people as leaders to help them gain confidence in their own abilities.
Before starting work in Teach for Bulgaria, Aleksandrina had held several administrative positions at the Sofia Municipality, “Lyulin” district, where she gained the most of her professional experience.
In her spare time she likes to travel across Bulgaria seeking for beautiful places across the country. She is also passionate defender of animals and a culinary comforter.
Alexandrina was born in Sofia and had lived in several places in the country. She graduated in Business management from 128 School “Albert Einstein” in Sofia and then continued her education at the Department of “Entrepreneurship” at the University of National and World Economy where she acquired an economist bachelor’s degree – “Entrepreneurship”.
