Ekaterina is Alumni and Leadership Development Manager. She joined the Teach For Bulgaria team because she believes that every child deserves the opportunity to develop their potential and be successful in life. She is convinced that thanks to quality education students can achieve the best they are able of. Her work in Teach For Bulgaria is an opportunity to take real steps in the process of wholesome change in education in Bulgaria, a change which will provide better future for the whole society.
Before taking on her current position, Ekaterina managed the recruitment and admission processes of the first four cohorts of the programme. Before Teach For Bulgaria she worked in the HR sphere in an international telecommunications company, where she gained experience in recruitment and candidate evaluation. She graduated her BA degree in Psychology, and MA in Work and Organizational Psychology in Sofia University “St Kliment Ohridski”.
