Hristina joined Teach for Bulgaria as a Senior Development and Fundraising Specialist in October 2024. She is responsible for attracting new donors and building partnerships with technology companies.

She has over ten years of experience in software companies such as SAP Labs Bulgaria and VMware. At VMware, she was responsible for building the employer brand, communications, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

“Positive social change can only be achieved through active collaboration between businesses and civil society organizations. I will work on building partnerships that will help us achieve our vision of ensuring access to quality education for all children in Bulgaria.”

Hristina holds a Bachelor’s degree in British and American Studies from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and a Master’s degree in Applied Communications from Coventry University, UK.
