Radostina Boycheva takes on the role of Regional Partnerships Specialist as of September 2018. She joined Teach for Bulgaria’s team in 2016 as Teacher Training and Support Coordinator. Prior to that she taught English, Business English and Economics in 130 Secondary School in Sofia as part of the fourth cohort of the Teach For Bulgaria program.
Before that Radost has worked in the field of customer behavior research and data analysis. In addition to that, she was Chairwoman of the board at the Association of Bulgarian Leaders and Entrepreneurs – ABLE and was actively involved with several projects, focusing on building leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindset among young people.
Radost holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Sofia University and has earned a scholarship from the Bulgarian Young Leaders Program to study International Business and Economic Development in Elizabethtown College, PA.
Radost is also one of the founders of the IT’S UP TO ME Foundation – an organization created by Teach for Bulgaria alumni and partners with the aim to support children of all ages and from different parts of the country to prove to themselves that they are able to change their own world.
