Paint for a Cause Has Proved to Be an Effective Format for Employee Engagement During the Pandemic
Leading companies proved once again that social distancing should not prevent us from standing together in the name of a worthy cause
Over 90 people participated in the second charity edition of Let’s Paint Spring organized by Teach For Bulgaria in collaboration with Dali Vino Art Gallery.
The second online painting with wine fundraiser took place on March 25, 2021, and gathered even more art enthusiasts who had to paint a spring-inspired canvas under the guidance of a professional artist. Not only were the participants able to spend some informal time together, something we’ve all been lacking this past year, but they also had the opportunity to support Teach For Bulgaria’s work. Part of the participation fee was donated to the organization and will go towards our effort to provide equal access to quality education to every child.
Once again, this art-oriented fundraiser gathered employees of the big tech companies A1 and HPE as well as other art enthusiasts who had the chance to meet new people and have a pleasant experience.
“This event was quite popular among our employees and I am happy to say that my colleagues at A1 and I were absolutely charmed by the whole experience. The professional artist from Dali Vino helped us create masterpieces, but the most valuable thing was that we managed to support Teach For Bulgaria’s cause. The painting class was very interesting and managed to awaken our creative skills. We would love to participate in similar events in the future! I would like to thank Teach For Bulgaria and Dali Vino for the opportunity!,” shared Antonia Stefanova from A1.
