Teach for Bulgaria is one of the partners in Lidl Bulgaria’s latest initiative: “Lidl — for Your Child”. It was officially launched on Sunday, 12 March, with nearly 2,000 children and parents, and many entertaining workshops on healthy eating, sporting adventures and puzzles at Muzeiko Children’s Museum.

“Lidl — for Your Child” includes a series of activities in three major and important areas — healthy and balanced nutrition, sports and active living and learning and talent development. The company has two main goals with this initiative: to contribute to the full and healthy growth of children and to be useful for parents themselves in their care.

The partners of the initiative are organizations with proven expertise and successful experience in each of the areas in which Lidl Bulgaria will direct its efforts. With the help of Muzeiko Children’s Museum, the company will work towards the development of talents, together making sure they provoke children’s desire to acquire new and diverse knowledge. In the field of education, a key partner of the initiative is Teach for Bulgaria Foundation with whom work will be done towards quality education, more educational opportunities for students and support for those young and talented people who want to become the new generation of teachers.
