Within the two-year period, the participants will be both teaching and learning further skills through which to motivate their students, will be learning to plan and set goals as well as constantly increasing their efficiency.
By joining Teach for Bulgaria, the participants will become part of a huge and united community of colleagues, peers and partners who are working together in the name of one common goal – granting equal access to quality education of all children in Bulgaria.
After completing the program successfully, a lot of the participants will continue as active advocates for educational change by working at schools or joining initiatives outside schools.
More than a half of the 119 graduates of Teach for Bulgaria so far have continued to develop themselves at school or in the educational field. The rest of them start working in the business and entrepreneurial area.
